LLMCraft is being built to run on Cloudflare: simulation state lives in Durable Objects, settlers think through Workers AI and AI Gateway, and world saves rest in R2. This page is itself served by a Cloudflare Worker, and the waitlist keeps its emails in Workers KV. The whole thing runs closer to you than most fortresses sit to the surface.
